Legal
Legal notes for ECI Monitor, including source attribution, reuse terms, licensing, and brand notices.
Sources and Public Data
The numbers come from the official European Citizens' Initiative register. ECI Monitor stores periodic snapshots so changes over hours and days become visible instead of disappearing between official updates.
ECI Monitor stores and displays derived snapshots of publicly reported signature totals, and links back to the official initiative page as the source.
The displayed charts, short-term rates, targets, ETAs, and country momentum lists are derived by ECI Monitor from those stored snapshots. They should be read as estimates or analysis, not as official ECI metrics.
EU and Third-Party Material
EU-owned content on European Commission websites is generally reusable under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International licence unless otherwise indicated.
Some materials, including third-party works, logos, names and trademarks, may be subject to separate rights. See the European Commission legal notice.
Third-party, EU, ECI, and initiative organiser materials remain under their own terms.
ECI Monitor License
ECI Monitor's source code is licensed under the MIT License.
Original explanatory website content and derived public snapshot data produced by ECI Monitor are available under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License unless otherwise stated.
The ECI Monitor name, logo, and brand identifiers are not licensed for reuse unless explicitly stated.
Independence
ECI Monitor is an independent monitoring and awareness tool. It is not an official EU website, does not collect signatures, and is not the official signing system.
Signing, legal information, and official initiative details remain on the linked ECI register pages.
