Privacy Policy

Privacy information for ECI Monitor.

No User Accounts or Forms

This website does not provide user accounts, contact forms, newsletters, comments, or other features through which visitors directly submit personal data.

Technical Data

When pages are requested, limited technical data are processed automatically by the underlying hosting infrastructure, rather than being actively collected through website features, as part of the normal delivery, operation, and security of the website.

The website is hosted by netcup GmbH, which processes technical traffic data on behalf of the website operator under a data processing agreement pursuant to Article 28 GDPR.

Language and Dashboard Preferences

This website stores the selected language in a browser cookie so that the server can render pages in the chosen language.

On initiative dashboards, this website may also store per-initiative view preferences in browser local storage, such as chart type, sampling resolution, selected range, and comparison modes, only to restore the visitor's chosen view on the same device. These dashboard preferences are not sent to the website server by the browser as part of normal page or API requests, and visitors can inspect or delete them using their browser controls.

These settings are used only for functionality and not for profiling or advertising.

No User Database

This website does not maintain a user database, visitor profiles, or directly submitted visitor records.

Requests Concerning Personal Data

In relation to data processed by the hosting infrastructure as part of the normal operation of the website, this website is not ordinarily in a position to verify that a request relates to the requester rather than to another person. Accordingly, it is not ordinarily in a position to retrieve, isolate, disclose, or delete data relating to a specific visitor upon request.

Third-Party Resources

The pages served by this website do not instruct the visitor's browser to load scripts, stylesheets, fonts, images, or other resources from third-party providers.

A Content Security Policy is also sent with HTML pages so that modern browsers block third-party resource loads even if a bundled script attempted one.
